About Rocking K Horseshoeing & Training

Katrina Hasbrouck graduated from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science in Equestrian Studies with Emphasis in Western Riding and Training. At the university she worked with several top trainers in western pleasure, cutting, reining, lead changing, and colt breaking for four years. Katrina also showed with the Western IHSA team and was a founding member of the Stock Horse Team. After graduating, Katrina attended Casey and Son Horseshoeing School and Research Center in Villanow, Georgia. Upon completion of the twelve week course, she received her Journeyman I certification through the Brotherhood of Working Farriers Association. Katrina is also a PATH certified instructor. PATH is the Professional Association for Therapeutic Horsemanship, formerly known as NARHA. Katrina is currently living with her fiancee in Hampton, Virginia and continues training and shoeing horses in the area.
